Ratapihan Reggae Karnevaalit

On 31.5.2025 at the heart of the all-day event at Pasila's railway yard is the dance yard formed by the three reggae sound systems Equal Share, Love Channel and Rig & Debug, delivering reggae with Caribbean sound pressure. This year, the area will also expand with another yard where the IRIE caravan sound and the brand new Brimstone sound will meet.

Among the dialogue of sound systems, SHYH Ry ensures safe space principles and Wibes Ry serves treats and warm drinks in their cafe. Street food is catered by Sound Grill Bike. A pop-up record flea market will be set up in Dodo ry's impressive greenhouse!

As per tradition, the event will also offer an open space for all guests to hold a blanket flea market in DIY style, so feel free to bring your old clothes or other items to exchange ownership!

As evening falls, the party moves to Kallio inside Bar Tÿpo’s dancehall where Salamari Sound System will be joined by Seafront Internationals producer-selector Saimon straight from Tallinn! Additionally, DJs Suvella and Magnificent Dance will take care of the music offerings in the bar.

With crowdfunding, we are seeking funding for the day's venue rental and transportation costs. In return for a €12 contribution, we offer entry to the after-party dancehall, where we will sell tickets at the same price at the door.
