Events - How does it work?

Events is a calendar for Dub and reggae related events, from soundsystem sessions to parties to live concerts to cultural gatherings. 

You can find a list of all sessions and if you find one that interests you, you can click on “Interested” or “Attending”. You can also comment on and like events.

To add your own event to the list, do the following:

1. Click on “New event”.

2. Add a title. That's necessary.

3. Add starting and ending times and dates. That's also necessary.

Under “announcement period”, you can choose how many weeks before the dubvent you want it to be added to the list here. To add it immediately, just leave it empty.

Click “Save” at the button of the page. Done.

As a bonus, you can add more details to your event, if you want:

Profile: Here you an add details about your event that you want to share with the people. Could be info about the artist, or a description how to find the hidden entrance or whatever you want.

Location: Add the venue and address (choose from the appearing map).

Contact details: Add whatever details you want to add.

Registration: Here you can tell the ticket price and have different options for how you want to handle the event on this site.

Hint: You can create secret events. Secret in that way that you can make it so that only people registering for your event on the Dubbook, can see information about it. In that way, you can make it so that only people who registered on here to be allowed to come to your session. This might be helpful if your event is not fully legal. ;)
