Dubbypedia - How does it work?

Dubbypedia is a wikipedia for Dub-related ventures, e.g. artists, labels, sounds, projects etc. The idea is to create our own wiki for Dub music, just like there are wikis for TV series, comics and many other things.

If you want to read a wiki, just click on it. The search function helps finding something.

Adding a wiki entry is quite easy:

Step 1: Choose a suitable category from the main overview list.

Step 2: When in the chosen category, click on “Add a Wiki”

Step 3: Add a wiki title. E. g. if you want to add an entry for “Jah Warrior”, write Jah Warrior in the title field.

Step 4: Add a wiki text. This is your description about whom- or whatever your wiki is about. You can use the editor to make your entry look fencier, e.g. by adding a picture.

Step 5: Add tags, if you want. Separate them with commas.

Step 6: Choose who can read your wiki. From public to private.

Step 7: Click “Save”. Done.

IMPORTANT! The idea of Wikipedia is that everyone can add info to pages. So you should choose “Logged in users” in the “write access” field. However, if you make a wiki for yourself and don't want others to contribute to your own wiki, choose “private”. In that case, only you (and the Dubbook's admin) can edit your wiki.
